I returned last night from my visit to the Western North Carolina CWRT, where I spoke on Monday evening. It was a terrific time in such a beautiful area (the moutains in that part of the world are breath-taking). I spoke for about 45 minutes, and then there was about an hour of questions, so the 40 or so folks in attendance seemed pretty interested in the topic of Stuart’s ride to Gettysburg. I signed and sold several books for the members who didn’t have it already.
The NCCWRT is a very active group, and the membership should be proud of its activities and its officers. Well done, folks, and thank you so much for allowing this “Yankee” to come and talk with you!
